Good Luck Barack Obama
A very happy Sherri :-)
Some days ago our collegue Sherry celebrated her birthday. As you can see she was very happy when this photo was taken. The reason is our birthday present we sent to her – she is not only a TeNo fan, but also a great fan of Feinkost Käfer in Munic/Germany and whenever she is at the Inhorgenta Jewelry fair in Munic she also visits Feinkost Käfer to buy some nice things. So she is collecting Käfer cups and we sent her some for her birthday. Here you can see her in her office in Las Vegas with one of those cups with little red bugs-decor. Obviously she enjoyed our present. :-)

TeNo Pendulum – Jewelry Collection for Women
A few days ago, I was going to present our new jewelry collection to you here in the TeNo Blog. But my fingers just couldn’t get it together and I was starting to worry that I’d got another of those ever-recurring blog blocks. Then I suddenly remembered that I know a fantastic copywriter:-) I hope you like what Biggi has to say about our pendulum. I think it’s great and would never have thought of something like that myself.
Pendulum is the name of the new jewelry line from TeNo. And anyone who sees it immediately knows where the name has come from. The name is derived from the shape of the jewelry. But apart from a vague similarity of shape, these jewelry items are far removed from the pendulum that was invented in 1581 by Galileo Galilei. Solid, fine satin stainless steel, refined with diamonds – once again the TeNo designers have remained true to the motto “less is more”. Pendulum is available as a pendant, as earrings or in a set. Subtle, elegant jewelry items have been created, which actually do have a lot in common with a pendulum. At least that’s what we think – anyone who sees and/or wears this jewelry feels good. It simply gives you a wonderfully positive mood swing. ;-)
Rich people still love jewelry
According to an article titled “How to Sell More Jewelry for the Rest of 2008″ in the Jewelry Business Blog, despite of the unstable economy these days many wealthy people are still willing to spend a large amount of money for jewelry and watches.
96,4% of all high-income consumers will spend about $108,100 before the end of this year. The interesting question is, how to reach these consumers and make them aware of your/our products.
Besides the advertising in clubs or resorts, giving away business gifts is also a possibility to promote products, ecspecially to high paying consumers.
Let`s hope that these folks will spend 100% of their jewelry money for TeNo products ;-)
Jewelry design with wood
We are always being asked, time and time again, why we describe the wood in our pendant designs from the t:motions collection as ”snakewood“. The answer is simple:because it is snakewood :-) Snakewood is a type of hard wood and originates in South American and northern Brazil. And there really is a snakewood tree. This hard and extremely valuable wood looks like snakeskin with its dark brown and black mottled pattern, which is how it came by the name that has puzzled so many people. Using a special loop and knotting technique, the conditioned wood pieces are joined together with stainless steel and fine leather. In our collection we present several designs as well as different types of wood. But at the moment snakewood is the biggest hit.
