As someone who reads the TeNo-Blog on a regular base, you may know that my sister Stefanie and me went to Dubai last week. This was long overdue since we haven’t been to Dubai for almost three years. By now, there are three small TeNo stores which are located in the popular malls. The trip was overdue since we had to find out that there were quite a few things that didn’t went to well the last few years. Small missunderstandings at the beginning generated problems which probably wouldn’t have aroused by constant supervision.
For example the TeNo stores are not located in our prefered positions. Or the goods are badly lighted and need improvement. And not to mention the nice shop assistans who were not schooled about TeNo as they should’ve been. This led to missunderstandings with the merchandise knowledge as well.
But all the negative has something positive. We realized the huge potential that lies in the marketplace of Dubai and its countless malls and stores. That’s why we have decided to go to Dubai every three month to continue the schooling and discuss important details. And now a few more impressions of the warm welcome and the introduction of YuKon in the third TeNo store Dubai and the people working there.
