TeNo - discover your desire

Wow – I found this magazine and felt dazzled. Not at all because of the colours but also because of the stories and the interesting brands.

Reading the about-page brought about subscribing the feed. So interesting and so inspiring for someone like me who lives in a very small town. “Where the ladies run NYC” – yeah – that’s my site! :-) On the site is to be read:

And while we still continue to cultivate thousands of female readers of all age ranges, we continue to provide the daily news on what’s going down in the streets of NYC – without all of the shameless bragging, repeated news, and everything that leads to the same boring “we’ve done seen that before” material that has spammed the web. Don’t get it twisted…we’ve been doing this since 2006! So sit back, relax & welcome to our family!

Perhaps this text appealed to me also because of the friendly welcome to this very special family. Perhaps because in our company we also call us TeNo family. :)

Anyway – there is so many to read and so many to discover on this site.  I’m anxious to discover NYC and it’s stylish places, brands and shops. I hope that they’ll detect the TeNo Store in Soho some day too. It would be nice to be among the favorite brands. :-)

Today, finally after 2 month since the election, Barrack Obama will officially become president of the United States. There are high expectations and I think even bigger problems that he has to master if he wants to succeed.

However, to think positive, there are so many people believing in him and hope comes and goes a long way. ;-) Even though hopes can be exaggerated as well.

And for those who have to work during this historic speech: here is a link where you can watch it via internet. :-)

I’m always looking for new and interesting jewelry or accessories. In this case it’s more of an accessory, however which doesn’t mean it is not usefull. This “wrap-around-your-wrist”- music-player looks good and has quite a few functions.

I’d welcome it if TeNo would started producings like this. ;-)

But until we have the technology to do so, the TeNo ShiKou collection will just do great. There’s quite simply jewelry which doesn’t need any knick-knack.   :-)

I know it’s still a few weeks until Valentine’s Day. But most people who think that way, start thinking about what to get for their loved ones only 1 or 2 days before Valentine’s Day. And it usually ends up in buying a last minute gift. And it’s said that they spend more money. ;-)

So it won’t hurt to have first thoughts by now what to buy this time. This blog recommends 4 ways how to pick the right gift for the right person. So I’m sure you’ll find something individual this time. :-)

Of course you can always check the TeNo collections for inspiration as well.

But I hope none of you will trade TeNo friends for hamburgers. :-) And I personally think that 1 Hamburger isn’t worth 10 friends. That just messes up the hole concept of facebook.

Unless of course you delete a friend and add him or her right after. ;-) “Unfortunately”, you only get a free burger when you live in the US.

Some people are just overdoing it. Like this dog owner definitely overdressed his dog. I think people shouldn’t treat their dogs like accessories. The neckglace of ByRoN is by far more elegant, plus he seems to like it. :-)

TeNo is now present twice in Dubai. As you might remember there already is one store and soon a second one is about to open.

Today, our CEO Jürgen and his sister Stefanie have left to spend a couple of  days in Dubai. However they are not on vacation, but are going to school the new employees for the TeNo-store. Although I could imagine that it’s by far more interesting than to work at home. At least for a few days. ;-) And it’s a good timing for the new opening, since the DSF ( Dubai Shopping Festival) is about to start. Even though some people were concerned that the DSF will not have as many visitors as last year because of the global financial crisis, we certainly hope otherwise. :-) The only thing that is disappointing, is that the opening ceremony of the Dubai shopping festival is canceled. So I thought I could post a video of last year’s opening ceremony fireworks. :-)

When I was scrolling through blogs from Dubai I thought it would be nice to read some first hand experiences of people who have seen TeNo jewelry in Dubai. So if you did, feel free to post a comment. :-) Some of the blogs are really interesting in my opinion and worth reading (especially the posted dialog).

10 things you’re really good at… that’s a “Ten on tuesday” I like to answer. Here we go:

1. Making up excuses
2. Earning money and spending twice as much the next second
3. Picking up things with my toes (<- I didn’t copy that… it’s true)
4. Being way to honest and nice. (and sometimes regret it the next moment ;-) )
5. Forgetting things that I was actually very exited about
6. Taking advantage of pointless situations (not taking advantage of people ;-)! )
7. Picturing things to understand them better
8. Surfing through the internet for hours
9. Watching movies online
10. Remembering details of persons/things

Or actually I should say “near infrared”. But either way, these pictures are very interesting to look at. We’ve already presented you several great photograph collections, but these make a very surreal impression. When I saw these fotos our YuKoN scenery came into my mind.

I wonder how TeNo jewelry would look like, if it were photographed that way, even though we have some photos which provide an attraction without such an infrared effect. For example one of my favourite pictures – this TeNo pearl jewellery set.  I love this foto!

Who would’ve thought that Tetris and jewelry could be combined one day? On the other hand, many different things get mixed up today:  no matter if you like these bracelets or not,  it’s a funny idea and once again the proof that Tetris is a real classic. ;-)
