First of all Happy Independence Day :-) Yesterday was the 4th of july, Independence Day, which is one of the biggest holidays in America, if not the biggest. By the way, it was the 233 birthday of the US. So happy birthday. :-) Also check out these delicious 4th of July treats.

4th of July menu at the Cohen’s: Hot Dogs, home made french fries by Raphael, schnitzel (great recipe for anyone asking)2 different salads, corn on the cob, kabab, sweet and sour meatballs. and for dessert, lemon merangue pie, america cake, coffe cake, icecream cake!!
I am so full!! Can’t wait till Monday, so i can work this all off.
