Today is blogday 2009. What it´s all about?
BlogDay was created with the belief that bloggers should have one day dedicated to getting to know other bloggers from other countries and areas of interest. On that day Bloggers will recommend other blogs to their blog visitors.
With the goal in mind, on this day every blogger will post a recommendation of 5 new blogs. This way, all blog readers will find themselves leaping around and discovering new, previously unknown blogs.
What will happen on BlogDay?
one long moment on August 31st, bloggers from all over the world will post recommendations of 5 new Blogs, preferably Blogs that are different from their own culture, point of view and attitude. On this day, blog readers will find themselves leaping around and discovering new, unknown Blogs, celebrating the discovery of new people and new bloggers.
Okay then, here are 5 blogs:

Daily Kos, a very political blog, but very informative. Also it doesn´t only contain news concerning America, but also focuses on international issues. Daily Kos is one of the first online political communities, doing their own researches and polls.

Wallpapers, web design, java-scripts, all that and much more yo can find on the smaching magazine. A blog focusing on design and anything that has to do with graphics and images. Also, many pictures are available for anyone to use, so it´s not only a blog but also a great resource for images and of course research if you want to know something about website design or programing.

Stylelist is self explaining as I think. ;-) Fashion, style, trends and much more. If it´s about the latest trend at the Oscars or affordable fashion for everyone. Of course, always illustrated with a lot of pictures.

For anyone, who wants to make money, but doesn´t quite know how, the smart passive income might be just the thing for you. ;-) Almost on a daily basis, you can read new tips and tricks to make your own blog more profitable.

Not tips for bloggers, but for online marketing you can find here. It´s always intersting to see, how the different aspects of marketing are explained. Like exlaining that fillers like: sometimes, often, etc… can be compared to vampires sucking your life out.
