Here we go with another edition of our “Bloggers and their jewelry” series. This time we interviewed Teresa, our new blogger for the English TeNo blog. In the following questions she will tell us everything about her taste concerning jewelry. And obviously she likes everything from self made necklaces to YuKoN. She just started blogging for TeNo and as it seems she´s already developed a sense for good jewelry.
1. Do you wear jewelry, if yes what kind?
I don’t wear that much jewelry, sometimes earrings, a necklace or a ring, but not that often. Right now for example I’m not wearing any jewelry…;-)
2. When do you wear jewelry? All the time or just for special occasions?
More for special occasions I think. But sometimes I find something that matches my outfit and I just wear it then.
3. Is there jewelry that you would never wear?
I don’t like jewellery that’s too big or too shiny. So I like more simple jewelry.
4. What do you look for when you buy jewelry? (Material? Price? Peculiarity? etc.)
I definitely do look for the design of it. And of course it shouldn’t be too expensive, so that’s probably why most of my jewelry is custome jewelry.
5. Did you ever get any jewelry as a present? If yes, from who?
Which woman hasn’t? ;-) Since 5 years I get some jewelry from my grandfather for my birthday each year, but I also got some from my parents and my friends.
6. Did you ever give someone jewelry as a present? If yes, to who?
Yeah! I made a necklace out of pearls for my Mom and my aunt for Christmas a couple years ago. It was a lot of work, but they were really excited about and do still wear it.
7. Do you have a favourite piece of jewelry? Or a piece that has a special meaning/story for you?
Yes! I got a silver ring from my parents a few months before I left for the USA and I have to say that I wear it all the time while being abroad because it remembered me of my family here in Germany.
8. How do you like TeNo design jewelry? What do you like about it, what don’t you like? Please tell us your honest opinion.
I like TeNo because the jewelry is simple and in most parts not too shiny. And I really like YuKon with all the different elements so you can create your own style. I also like that TeNo has jewelry not just for women but also for men.
