Petra, the owner of our TeNo store in the Ernst-August-Gallery in Hannover did send us her favorite YuKoN combination. And this is what her natural rubber bracelet looks like:

Right in the middle a YuKoN wave with 750/- yellowgold and brillants. In addition two Black & White elements, two lenses, a bullet, a doughnut and two YuKoN coins, one with the TeNo logo and the other one with Carpe Diem. Black & White is the theme oft the current C&A advertising campaign. What the fashion world discovered this summer do we from TeNo already know: the contrast of the extremes is fascinating and applies always! The great thing about a black-white combination is that you can add whatever color you want as an eye catcher. Or you stay classical with the two colors. After all are satinised stainless steel and velvet-black natural rubber themselves a great couple and I’m not even talking about the black and white brilliants that shine through here and there. In a magazine I read that the color brown is a trend in 2010. Trend in 2010? Hmm. Our TeNo designers have been a little bit ahead in time when they created many of our jewelry pieces. Those have been in our collection for a long time and not just since 2010, just because the color brown now is “in”. But we never had anything to do with short-lived trends anyway. Our jewelry in warm terrestrial-colors you could already wear before and you can wear it still in 2020 as well. The stainless steel pendants with ceramic inlays are just a taste of the news in our TeNo basix line which we will present at the jewelry exhibition Inhorgenta at february the 20th. As always during the beginning of a new year, we’re busy finishing the showcase  of our new watches and jewelry of 2009. But despite the exhausting preperations, we’re still looking forward to the Inhorgenta this year. We’re not only presenting new jewelry editions like “TeNo personal”, but also a new generation of cabinets and thus the new TeNo shop in shop system.

I’m sure that this years exhibition will be very interesting for TeNo and our future development.

As some of you may have noticed, I sometimes referred to a certain page when I blogged about new and cool designs.  So I think it’s time to take this site, Yanko Design – From Beyond Function, into our blogroll.

It offers the latest and very innovative designs every day. Okay maybe  you won’t be able to purchase most of them but there’s nothing wrong with fantasising. However, I admit that I sometimes regret that our technology isn’t that far yet . :-)

Wow – I found this magazine and felt dazzled. Not at all because of the colours but also because of the stories and the interesting brands.

Reading the about-page brought about subscribing the feed. So interesting and so inspiring for someone like me who lives in a very small town. “Where the ladies run NYC” – yeah – that’s my site! :-) On the site is to be read:

Anyway – there is so many to read and so many to discover on this site.  I’m anxious to discover NYC and it’s stylish places, brands and shops. I hope that they’ll detect the TeNo Store in Soho some day too. It would be nice to be among the favorite brands. :-)
