TeNo supports the fight aginst AIDS as well! In order of a contest with the theme “Give AIDS no chance” the actor Raphael Niebel wrote a script for a social commercial. TeNo was impressed and enthusiastic about his dedication for AIDS education and the fight against AIDS and supported him in his project. TeNo provided jewlery for the actors Raphael Niebel and playmate Janina Wissler and sponsored the production financial as well, so that Raphael could accomplish his project. The winners of the contest will be announced in two weeks! TeNo is excited to see what the commercial will look like and wishes the best of luck.

Here are some great making of pictures!

TeNo at the Run of Colours – a beautiful day!

Biggi - Wednesday, August 26 2009

It was beautiful and  sunny day which my husband, my daughter Jana and me used to make a trip to Cologne. Jana – who recently became the author of the spanish TeNo Blog – finally wanted to visit a TeNo store, plus there was the run of colors which also is a big event and worthwhile. So we started with a little shopping spree at the Rheincenter and showed Jana the TeNo store.

The shop assistants welcomed us friendly as always and were happy, even if they couldn´t be at the run of colors. But someone has to hold the position. ;-)

Then we set out for the Tanzbrunnen. We took the advice of store chef Adriane Friedrich, and left our car at Weiden and the train to the city, because not only was there the run of colors that day but also the gamescom. Finding a parking space would have been impossible.  In the commuter train i received a SMS from Jürgen, who said that they are at the Tanzbrunnen and that we have to go across the bridge. If  he didn´t send me that message, we would have searched for along time on the big area. I thought we just have to follow the TeNo commercials – TeNo was sponsor of the run of colors – but then we could have gone in every direction, since TeNo was everywhere. Even outside of the area – people, people, people and each of them with TeNo bags. :-)

Thanks to the SMS we found the TeNo group right away in tat the center of the Tanzbrunnen:

Renewal of TeNo Stand Up Charity

Florian - Monday, August 24 2009

thinkpositive1

We admit that we thought getting positive comments for a good cause would be faster and easier. But we won´t stop trying. :-) And still, our goal is to get 1.250 comments for the good of the Stand Up Initiative of our charity. Originally we thought that until the 31. of july we could get 1.2500 comments easy, but so far we only count a total of 252 people taking part. So PLEASE – there is a lot of work until the 31. of december. And there is one thing left: only post your Think Positive comments here. Of course it doesn’t matter to do so in English.

Positive thinking against a lost feeling

Biggi - Tuesday, March 3 2009

I found this video here in injelas blog – I watched it and thought: What does it say???? But after a while – the change. Watch this video and you’ll know: It’s all only a matter of opinion. Even life.

Think positive. And please leave a positive comment here in our german blog. Take part in our positive thinking charity.

Positive thinking

Florian - Tuesday, January 27 2009

thinkpositiveIn times like these, when words like “financial crisis” or “global economic crisis” dominate, good news becomes rare news more than ever. So I think we would all welcome to hear  as many good and positive news as possible. This is why TeNo Germany brought the project “Think positive charity” into life. The aim of this charity is to get as many comments as possible. For every positive comment, trackback or pingback that this german post will get TeNo will donate 2 € to the Stand Up Initiative, an organisation collecting money to help paraplegic.

The remarkable about the “Stand up initiative” is that the founder, Hamoun Kamai, is disabled from the neck down himself, but that was no reason for him to stop living his life. Now he’s not only trying to help himself but also all the other paraplegic to participate at normal life again.

And there are more people trying to spread progressive thinking. For example this blog carnival called: Carnival of positive thinking. There you can find many articles and posts about positive thinking, or inspiring storys from real life, just like the one of Hamoun Kamai. So stop feeling powerless and get things moving. And I think, this posting and the german Think positive charity could be our contribution to that Carnival of positive thinking as well.

Either our charity is a german activity and takes place in Germany we’ll also welcome all english written comments full of positive thoughts. As I said before – each comment = 2 € for Stand Up. Join us and post your positive thought here. Thank you. :-)
