TeNo Design – Where it all began

Sarah - Tuesday, November 29 2011

We have asked you – and hereby we do it again – to tell us, what we shall write about, which questions we shall answer or what we shall show you. Our fan Sandra was the first one and asked us three questions on Facebook. The first of them was:

With which jewel did it all begin?

And this is our answer: The first jewels with a TeNo design were rings with the typical three square design of TeNo which has became one of our trademarks ever since.

This ring with an inlay of ceramics of three black squares is still a part of our collection, even after 11 years. It is obtainable from size 46 to 70 (special sizes bigger than 70 at extra charge).

It’s all happening at TeNo: the new endless

Sarah - Wednesday, September 28 2011

Today, we would like to present you our new TeNo endless. Our long necklace made of stainless steel and India rubber now is available with a big and perfectly circular disc of mother-of-pearl. This is what the necklace with the natural-coloured disc looks like from the front:

From the back, the natural product shimmers a bit darker: (more …)

TeNo endless emphasized

This is one of the pictures taken at the shooting for the german wedding magazin. We are thrilled about how TeNo endless was underlined in combination with this chic evening gown. You should really have a look at the picture in full size, which you can see here as PDF, since it looks really great. Just appealing…

Square-Design

Teresa - Thursday, October 7 2010

Everybody who knows TeNo understands that we have nothing against squares. Quite the contrary. The “Three Square Design” is eventually a trademark of TeNo – whether on rings, pendants, watches or on our new leather-accessories  – you couldn’t think of our collections without these three squares.

Whether three golden squares on the bracelet YuNis, three black squares on the ring YuMa or three stainless-steel squares on the wallet from our satin leather collection, even the stainless-steel strap of some watches exists of three squarish elements in the middle. All these designs became a trademark of TeNo and are counted today as design-classics – often copied, but never achieved. :-)

We absolutely love squares. But this here – is too much of a quad, even for us. ;-)

Now it’s striking 10: TeNo10 – the new timepiece for purists

Watches TeNo10

As you might expect of a watch, the new TeNo10 shows every hour of the day and, naturally, doesn’t stop at 10. Yet the number 10 has a special meaning for the new watch collection from Pforzheim, Germany. Pure and simple, without any fuss, reduced to the essential – the TeNo10 reflects the minimalist design concept for which the TeNo brand is renowned.

10 Years of TeNo Design

For 10 years the TeNo designers have been consistently impressive with their flair for creating strong designs using very little. In the 2010 anniversary year, a watch collection has been created whose models follow this TeNo design philosophy. Made for people who want to know when the hour strikes. For people for whom a look at their watch is most importantly a look at the time. And that is exactly what all the watches in the TeNo10 collection have in common: clearly structured timepieces. Nothing more and nothing less. Yet still stylish and beautiful. The TeNo design language of the internationally award-winning TeNo design team follows the basic principles of the ”Bauhaus“ architectural style “less is more” The TeNo10 expresses this perfectly: pure design outlives any transient fashions.

Simple. Pure. Beautiful.

TeNo10 Watch
:.

TeNo10 would not be a TeNo watch if its restraint did not leave any room for individuality. That is why the new collection comes complete with 10 different versions and watch lovers are given a choice: a stylish watch face in a harmonious blend of the latest fashion colours? In orange, yellow or olive green? In berry colours, grey or off-white? Or maybe one of the Black & White versions?

.

10-10-10

Once you’ve decided – the new TeNo timepieces are right on time for the start of the winter season and are available at your TeNo jeweller from mid-October. Exactly to say from the 10th of October. 10 – 10 – 10 – a magic date. ;-)

Quality made in Germany

Despite the uncompromising simple design of the TeNo10, these timepieces are not lacking in high quality. In producing this new watch collection, TeNo combines modern technology with traditional craftsmanship and fashions its designs only from the highest quality materials. The three-part classically shaped watch case is made of solid stainless steel, with black coating if desired. Scratch-resistant sapphire glass and a Swiss precision quartz movement for precise functioning form the standard components of the TeNo10. TeNo10 is water-resistant to 3 ATM. The watch is fastened with a black, calf leather watch strap with matching coloured stitching. But the most important of all these features is that TeNo10 is a watch that will never go out of fashion – and definitely not in the next 10 years. A modern classic made in Germany.

YuKoN – Show us your creations! (5)

Teresa - Thursday, May 27 2010

Today again we can continue our small YuKoN serial “Show us your creations!”. Our jewelry partner Monika Lechler from Freiburg wrote us:

Hello Burkhard and press departement,

in order that the gallery grows I took a picture of my personal YuKoN natural rubber necklace. The two waves on the blossom of the tulip are already on my wish list.

Kind and springlike regards! Monika

And that’s what Monikas necklace looks like:

I think this is a really great example for the diversity of YuKoN. Here stainless steel doughnuts and lenses are arranged together with elements of mother of pearl and gold and further in the back left and right – as far as we can recognize- some of our limited waves. In the middle is a charm-pendant with a diamond. All together a athletic-elegant necklace was created and probably nobody else has one like this. Thank you, Monika, for sending your pictures!

And again our request to all of you – send us a pictures of your YuKoN jewelry! What does your bracelet or necklace look like? We are excited. E-Mail: presse@teno.de

10 percent off for TeNo fans – pendant YuNis

Teresa - Saturday, March 27 2010

Many TeNo fans ask us on which products they’re getting 10 percent off during our anniversary year. That’s why we decided to present some of our anniversary offers here on the TeNo blog. The start makes our pendant YuNis – satinised stainless-steel with an inlay off high-quality, black HighTech ceramic in our classic three square design. These three squares have become our trademark and you couldn’t imagine our collection without it. We are excited that the 3 x 4 corners melted together with TeNo over the years and especially that even our first creations are still demanded. That was and is our standard: TeNo design wants to be timeless and doesn’t want to follow fast moving trends. And so this pendant YuNis is what we would call a a classic. During our anniversary year it will be labeled with the little yellow 10, the symbol that TeNo fans get 10 percent off.
