TeNo - discover your desire

Do you remember our new give-away article? It already had its first premiere last year. In the meantime we worked a little bit on it, optimized it and our little give-away article turned into a really stylish YuKoN accessory. Finally we have pictures of it. Our jeweler partners really liked this idea a lot and we’re planning on letting this line grow. And of course YuKoN is staying YuKoN. Meaning – you can’t only put the elements on your key chain, but also on every YuKoN bracelet or necklace. And backwards you can put all the other elements from your collection on a key ring as well.

Yes, that’s right – now it’s getting colorful. On the occasion of our anniversary we’re not having just our great anniversary catalog and our lottery, but also some special offers for TeNo fans throughout the entire year 2010.

One of them – the big limited YuKoN summer edition, which we call internal the good mood-offer. Because the new YuKoN Waves made of stainless steel and colored mother-of-pearl, which we presented on the Inhorgenta, are so cheerful and colorful, that they bring us in a good mood when we just look at them.

Everyone who wants to start cheerful into the summer can already pick their favorite colors. I’m sure, your jeweler will be happy about your reservations, because then they can plan much better.

Just like gz online reported in its last newsletter “big and extravagant” is a new design trend. On the Lifestyle exhibition Early Bird in Hamburg in the middle of January you could see that the trend in jewelry and accessories is going more and more to big and extravagant designs.

“Rough structured necklaces, great brooches, large bracelets and oversized stones demonstrate self-confidence and individuality. The colors tend to be dark. But also blue and grey were asked. Nature which was represented by materials such as shells, corals and stones from lava, is still a trend.”

Our TeNo endless with its great links is therefore totally going with the trend. However we didn’t create this necklace and took it in our collection because the trend is going that way but because it is beautiful in spite of its eye-catching size. Timeless beautiful. No matter what the trend is - TeNo endless will still exist when the mega trend “big and extravagant” is already gone. Otherwise it wouldn’t be TeNo.

“Over five years on the market and still the ShiKou collection from TeNo is not rusting.”-so a german magazine. We can explain that they’re right for sure. Even in 25 years ShiKou is not going to rust. The design is ageless and still modern tomorrow, just like everything from TeNo ShiKou is made to outlast time. The materials-satined stainless steel and robuts rubber, sometimes with sparkling diamonds or soft gold-don’t rust in general. ;-) The speciale clasp and the in the bracelet integrated steel wire ensure that the bracelet is absolutely stable. ShiKou can sustain a lot. Thanks to this technique you won’t loose ShiKou when you close it properly and you could really only destroy it under the use of great force. You can’t think of TeNo without the ShiKou collection anymore and it’s going to be a main part of TeNo for many more years. And of course it is not going to rust, because none of the TeNo jewelry pieces is ever going to rust. Nor in the transferential meaning . :-)

Snipped&Inked, a blog you can already find in our blogroll, came up with a very nice idea. They started a competition. All the couples had to enter their personal love story where they described how they fell in love and why they should win. From my understanding, the winner gets a 500,-$ travel credit for their honeymoon as well as some other nice gifts and, I think that´s the main price, a photo shoot with “A Brain photo“, a photographer from NYC specialized on wedding and engagement pictures.  Here you can see the stories of the four finalist couples. They all have very nice and positive stories to tell mainly concerning what NYC means to them and how they found each other. I already submitted my vote.

Soon, the winner will be declared and marry during the winter in NYC. Or at least that´s where the pictures will be taken. Pictures that last forever and represent a very special moment. Just like the rings they will wear from that day on and hopefully last forever.And, in my eyes, a very stylish option for an engagement ring you can see above. Stainless steel with a ceramic inlay.
