TeNo is sponsoring a dutch BMX team – as we told here and here. Now Yvette from the Netherlands sent a nice picture. It looks as dynamic as TeNo. :-)
Europa Cup Besançon
Yvette from the Netherlands sent us a report of the successful BMX Team – sponsored by TeNo. Here is her dutch report:
Pinktober Kopenhagen
Over fall break I went to Denmark to meet some friends I know from my stay in the US and of course we spent some time in Kopenhagen. Walking trough the streets we saw the Hardrock Cafe Kopenhagen with its Pinktober decoration in the windows and I had to think of TeNo right away.
So you see Pinktober is a worldwide action and TeNo is spread all over the world as well! TeNo is supporting a lot of charity organisations just like Pinktober or the fight against AIDS!
Have you already seen the finished social spot against AIDS which TeNo supported?
Impressions of the run for more time 2009
On Sunday the 13th. September our TeNo team took part at the Run for more time in Frankfurt. 131.000 € were collected for the Regenbogendienst of the AIDS-aid Frankfurt, an organization for care and fostering for AIDS victims. We think, that this is a really great amount, which made it worth all the effort and endurance and take part in such an event. Felix was there and here are some impressions of the day.
Before the start:

The Team have an own internet site www.bmxteamoxalis.nl , on this site we put the pictures and the news from the competition and the riders. “Give AIDS no chance!”
The largest AIDS fundraising event in Quebec, Canada is the Farha Foundations “CA MARCHE”, a walk through the streets of Montreal. More than 10,000 walkers attend it every year and last year more than 25,000 dollars were raised.
TeNo supports the fight aginst AIDS as well! In order of a contest with the theme “Give AIDS no chance” the actor Raphael Niebel wrote a script for a social commercial. TeNo was impressed and enthusiastic about his dedication for AIDS education and the fight against AIDS and supported him in his project. TeNo provided jewlery for the actors Raphael Niebel and playmate Janina Wissler and sponsored the production financial as well, so that Raphael could accomplish his project. The winners of the contest will be announced in two weeks! TeNo is excited to see what the commercial will look like and wishes the best of luck.
Here are some great making of pictures!
TeNo at the Run of Colours – a beautiful day!
It was beautiful and sunny day which my husband, my daughter Jana and me used to make a trip to Cologne. Jana – who recently became the author of the spanish TeNo Blog – finally wanted to visit a TeNo store, plus there was the run of colors which also is a big event and worthwhile. So we started with a little shopping spree at the Rheincenter and showed Jana the TeNo store.
The shop assistants welcomed us friendly as always and were happy, even if they couldn´t be at the run of colors. But someone has to hold the position. ;-)
Then we set out for the Tanzbrunnen. We took the advice of store chef Adriane Friedrich, and left our car at Weiden and the train to the city, because not only was there the run of colors that day but also the gamescom. Finding a parking space would have been impossible. In the commuter train i received a SMS from Jürgen, who said that they are at the Tanzbrunnen and that we have to go across the bridge. If he didn´t send me that message, we would have searched for along time on the big area. I thought we just have to follow the TeNo commercials – TeNo was sponsor of the run of colors – but then we could have gone in every direction, since TeNo was everywhere. Even outside of the area – people, people, people and each of them with TeNo bags. :-)
Thanks to the SMS we found the TeNo group right away in tat the center of the Tanzbrunnen:
A new biker team in TeNo outfit

Currently, Yvette is so active in the Netherlands, that it’s hard to keep up blogging about what she achieves. Now, she realized a new marketing option: TeNo is “biking” again. And literally, we are biking, when the new Team TeNo is starting off. The guys will take part in the most challenging one-day cyclosporive event in the world. On the website of our new team you can see the tour and we are also introduced as their sponsor. (more …)
Emanuele the swimming billard player
One day you make a sponsoring-deal with billard players and the next day they send you pictures of them in swimming suits. ;-)

“Don’t get the wrong idea”, but for the next time, please wear a YuKoN steel collier. That will boost the look of your medals and is also waterproofed. ;-)
But it’s a cool thing that our sponsored TeNo sports have many-sidet talents and therefore are a perfect match to our collection. Emanuele is not only a successful billard player but has also won 2 times the second and once the third place in a swimming cup.
