Our collections and company has grown a lot after ten years of existance. Next years september it’s time for an anniversary. ;-) Since we haven’t introduced any pendants in our “christmas gift” series so far, I will do so now. First I thought about making four seperate posts about four different pendants. But now I’ll present four in one post, to emphasize the big variety of our collections. I’ve just presented our new collection Pendulum to you, but I thought that they can’t miss in our christmas gifts series. You can find more details to our Pendulum in the link above. In the collage you can see on the left side a stainless steel pendant on a string collier with three diamonds of 0,04 ct total and earrings with three diamonds each and 0,056 ct total. The pendant on the right with a natural rubber collier has two diamonds with 0,024 ct. Since the pendulum is still a new collection it might not be available at everywhere. It’s the nature of our YuKoN collection to be versatile. All elements can be combined at will and can be worn on a bracelet or a collier. Natural rubber or steel, sporty or elegant – just as you like it. The best part, in my eyes, is that we’ve managed to expand this many-sided collection by one more system which among the unisex collection also allows an individual female side. Since the system itself allows jewelry for everybody it is a perfect christmas present for those men, who want to buy their wife or girlfriend “real” jewelry instead of a watch. The YuKoN V-Collier is an interesting chapter and an intelligent solution to individual jewelry design. The steel wire necklace – stainless steel, bicolour gold plated in gold or pink gold – has an attractive exchangeable fastener. The fastener – typical TeNo – is available in different styles and is interchangeable. Whether spheres or cylinders with or without grooves – you can simply unscrew the fastener element and then slide the YuKoN elements of your choice onto the wire. When you have finished, simply close again – ready. Changing jewellery can be so simple.

Several blogs are reporting, that quite a few people are allergic to jewelry. However, there are ways to protect you from these allergies in case you have them. As this blog recommends, you can use nail polischer coats to avoid the direct contact of the jewlery with your skin. It might help, but I think it’s too bad about the designer jewelry. I bet it won’t look the same anymore. What many people don’t know, is that high quality stainless steel jewelry is almost nickelfree and therefor can even be worn by people with allergies.

In my memory, my mum always got my dad socks, a shirt and a tie. And I still know what I was thinking – HOW BORING. But I also noticed: dads usually don’t wish for anything. Socks, a shirt and a tie – a running gag when its about getting presents for your husband. Silly, isn’t it? For those who want to do one better get him a drill – you can always use one of those – or, to be more modern, a new hard drive for his computer. Long live the cliche. Although – if you look around yourself – times have changed. If it is the retro fashion or simply because everything from the past becomes modern again – cuff links are trendy again. (more …)

My blog entry from before reminded me that Christmas is not that far away anymore. ;)

Every time, when Jürgens birthday is over, Christmastime gets undeniable closer and with it the ever evolving question: “Which presents could I buy?”

So what would be more obvious, than to hint in a blog of a watches an jewelry producer, that jewelry and watches are a perfect present. ;-)

And that is why we will present to you in the next upcomming weeks befor Christmas selected jewelry, watches and accessoires and will inform about few interesting details.
