TeNo - discover your desire

Just like gz online reported in its last newsletter “big and extravagant” is a new design trend. On the Lifestyle exhibition Early Bird in Hamburg in the middle of January you could see that the trend in jewelry and accessories is going more and more to big and extravagant designs.

“Rough structured necklaces, great brooches, large bracelets and oversized stones demonstrate self-confidence and individuality. The colors tend to be dark. But also blue and grey were asked. Nature which was represented by materials such as shells, corals and stones from lava, is still a trend.”

Our TeNo endless with its great links is therefore totally going with the trend. However we didn’t create this necklace and took it in our collection because the trend is going that way but because it is beautiful in spite of its eye-catching size. Timeless beautiful. No matter what the trend is - TeNo endless will still exist when the mega trend “big and extravagant” is already gone. Otherwise it wouldn’t be TeNo.

After showing you TeNo de luxx square design, I wanted to show that also the collectors assortment YuKoN has something to offer for friends of a little bit of personal luxury. In our opinion, collectors jewelry is something for every taste of every gender of every age and for… ;-)) well just for everybody.

New in our collection of elements for example are these stainless steel elements with rubies and diamonds, which gives the YuKoN combination a feminine touch. On this picture we beaded a multi-row stainless steel cord collier, the so called V-Collier. We explained the principle, of which we are very proud of, last christmas.

After a couple of requests of our costumers we will show you some YuKoN charms, necklaces and colliers which will all have different color themes. This way, especially “newcommers” will have an opportunity to get a better image of the big variaty and possibilities of the YuKoN collecting system. And with the new YuKoN Creator you can create your own style. Enjoy and discover your desire…

Finaly after 4 years, Switzerland ellected a new Mr. Gay again at the end of last year and Teno was sponsor. The audience could adore different TeNo jewelry like colliers, bracelets, necklaces and watches. On the picture above you can see a YuKoN bracelet on his arm and a DyKon collier on his neck.

After a few selection rounds only 2 candidates were left: Tobias Dickenmann (from Thurgo where our bureau in Switzerland is) and the 23 years old Ricco Rimus Müller from Graubünden, who got voted most beautiful gay in Switzerland. At least for this year. ;-)

The proud first third placed recieved a watch, a collier and a YuKoN bracelet from TeNo. After being elected first Ricco said: “I am speechless and anxious about the future and what will happen.” in an interview with a sign language interpreter. Ricco is from birth on deaf. But dispite this fact he is determined to strengthen the rights and interests of the gay community in Switzerland. Especialy this year, because the Europride will come to Zurich and the eyes of the gay and lesbian world will be on Switzerlands capital.

Our collections and company has grown a lot after ten years of existance. Next years september it’s time for an anniversary. ;-) Since we haven’t introduced any pendants in our “christmas gift” series so far, I will do so now. First I thought about making four seperate posts about four different pendants. But now I’ll present four in one post, to emphasize the big variety of our collections. Even if I could post one pendant a day until Christmas, I decided it would be best to choose four of our “classics” , unisex of course. (more…)

I’ve just presented our new collection Pendulum to you, but I thought that they can’t miss in our christmas gifts series. You can find more details to our Pendulum in the link above. In the collage you can see on the left side a stainless steel pendant on a string collier with three diamonds of 0,04 ct total and earrings with three diamonds each and 0,056 ct total. The pendant on the right with a natural rubber collier has two diamonds with 0,024 ct. Since the pendulum is still a new collection it might not be available at everywhere. In this spirit: Let’s swing!

Pearls are a classic and make every woman of all ages happy. However, it doesn’t always have to be the old pearl necklace which my grandma used to wear for special occasions. The one with the diamond deccorated closure which she always put in front, so everybody could see what she was wearing. ;-) Pearl jewelry by TeNo is a little different from this. Feminine, filigree, multy-faceted. During summer time it blends in with the impression of easiness of brezy clothes and a nice sun tan. This however doesn’t mean the necklace has to be kept in the drawer during the winter.
