TeNo - discover your desire

We don’t want to say a lot, but show a lot: The new necklace of our new line TeNo endless. Something really different and still typical TeNo.

And this is the first imagetext for our new piece of jewelry. Hopefully women all over the world like it as much as we do. This necklace is after our successfull lines YuKoN and ShiKou the start of a brand new TeNo line with which we tend to do a lot.  Simply TeNo “endless”.

We are doing an interview serial called “Bloggers and their jewelry”. We want to use this serial to introduce other blogs we like to read to you.  And it suggests itself to do an interview about what TeNo is all about: Jewelry. We want to have a variety of many different blogs and bloggers which we will present bit by bit.

But first we answered the interview ourselves and present each other, so you can get to know us a little bit better…:-) So here is Florian, one of the main bloggers on the English TeNo blog.

1. Do you wear jewelry, if yes what kind?

I have a silver necklace since 3 1/2 years which I wear all the time. At night, during the shower and while doing sports. ;-) And of course my YuKon bracelet which I have since about 1 year, besides changing some elements I also wear that all the time.

Giving jewelry for mom is probably the most elegant gift-giving gesture.

I find this quote very adequate. Not only because it’s true, but also because it matches the motto of TeNo of having a pure and elegant design. And it so happens, that the article also says;

There’s no better for you so show her that you love her than by going all out and buying a complete set of jewelry.

So maybe next time if you buy jewelry for your loved one, you could buy her or him a complete set. Or, what I would probably do, buy the set one buy one. Maybe the necklace for her birthday, then you can hide the bracelet in the garden on eastern etc. ;-)

Probably the most important question, besides keeping it safe from thieves, when you bought jewelry. Especially rings or necklaces which you are not wearing all the time need to be stored.The only question is where and how. As you can read here,there are different ways to store different types of jewelry. Depending on the type of jewelry, bracelet, ring or necklace and which material has been used, pearls, diamonds or gemstones the storage can verify. Pearl jewelry for instance is supposedly best stored in a soft environment. Also, prevent it from getting scratched to keep the surface smooth.

However, in my case, I always wear all the pieces of jewelry I have.;-)

There are some obvious reasons why to wear jewelry. They mostly look good, some people show them off on special occasions, or you got them as a gift from somebody. But, in my mind, the actual reason to buy and wear jewelry is, because it is a way to express yourself and underline your understanding of style and taste. Furthermore, a necklace or bracelet for instants can become a part of your own fashion when wearing them all the time.
A very good way to make your jewelry even more unique is the principal of the TeNo personal line. By putting your own symbol or letter on it can give it your very own personal touch. Availible in stainless steel with gold or ceramic inlays.

As I read in this blog, people have used pearls on their wedding rings or on necklaces for centuries. And I didn’t realized until now, that this concept has been around for such a long time, even in the circle of royality. ;-)

So it’s a good thing that TeNo also offers a variaty of different rings and necklaces with different kinds of pearls, in all kinds of colors, as freshwater pearls for instants.

Also keep in mind that different colors symbolyze different things. Of cours, only if you are the traditional type of person. ;-)

Spring has already started and although the weather might not be that good and sunny everywhere it might be a good idea to start looking for some trends.
Especially during the warm seasons of the year, jewelry around the neck and the wrist becomes visible. However, some trends never change. And so it is with the black and white contrast which, as I think, matches every season of the year. But when it’s starting to get warmer, warm colors might not be such a bad idea, just like coral or yellow as this blog recommends. Just like this colorful YuKoN bracelet for example. Or to keep it simple in black and steel, the ShiKou collection. Be prepared when the sun comes out the next time. ;-)

Recently we expanded our collection for men with some new high quality pieces of jewelry.

Pure stainless steel with deep milled slots or the typical TeNo ceramic inlays. A new special feature for this collection is that it does not have the regular closing on the natural rubber band but the jewelry piece itself is the closing. This way you can keep the necklace closing from sliding to the front. This new closing system is an original invention of the company Joerg Heinz. It’s high quality and very special in looks and functuality. As you could guess from the name, the company Joerg Heinz is related to us. However, even without the special relationship we would have gladly used this new closing system since it matches the TeNo style perfectly.

And by the way, this is not intended to be an addition to YuKoN but a new jewelry collection. :-)
