TeNo Design – Where it all began

Sarah - Tuesday, November 29 2011

We have asked you – and hereby we do it again – to tell us, what we shall write about, which questions we shall answer or what we shall show you. Our fan Sandra was the first one and asked us three questions on Facebook. The first of them was:

With which jewel did it all begin?

And this is our answer: The first jewels with a TeNo design were rings with the typical three square design of TeNo which has became one of our trademarks ever since.

This ring with an inlay of ceramics of three black squares is still a part of our collection, even after 11 years. It is obtainable from size 46 to 70 (special sizes bigger than 70 at extra charge).

10 percent off for TeNo fans: ring TyRoN

Teresa - Tuesday, June 29 2010

During our anniversary year TeNo fans get 10 percent off of many products. For example these rings in TeNo design. The basic material is satinised stainless steel with natural rubber inlays, not like usually at TeNo with HighTech ceramic inlays. This makes these rings really attractive. They are from our Basix Line and who is interested in them should ask their jeweler. You’ll get 10 percent off if you buy at one of our participating jewelers.

Modern classics – three square design

Juergen - Thursday, April 23 2009

0642500d50642600d5-300x300

Our “three squares design” was from the beginning on a trade mark of TeNo. No matter if engagement rings, bracelets, watches or leather-accessories – the three squares are combined with the trade mark TeNo since our founding and cannot be ignored by our design. And we still like them a lot, plus we still use them for our new designs, like on these wedding rings made of stainless steel with the aforementioned squares filled with high tech ceramic. This year, which is our anniversary year, the three squares are raise back into our minds. We think back to where we started from. Some things we gave up, some things changed. But the three squares stayed. We think of them – according to our philosophy – as something which is timeless and beautiful. And you?

Soundwave jewelry

Florian - Monday, April 6 2009

First, I wasn’t planning on posting this, but then more and more posts about this “new” kind of jewelry came up until I thought I’d better write about this.

The new “soundwave” rings and bracelets are actually nothing more than the visualation of soundwaves as you can see them on some musicplayer displays. Only that they, in my mind, don’t look like soundwaves anymore when you wear them on your finger or neck. More like someone thought it’s funny to cut out some parts of that piece of jewelry. ;-)
But that’s just my opinion, maybe some of you like them? However, I prefer “complete” rings.

How to store your jewelry

Florian - Thursday, March 19 2009

069_201pwp01_xxProbably the most important question, besides keeping it safe from thieves, when you bought jewelry. Especially rings or necklaces which you are not wearing all the time need to be stored. The only question is where and how. As you can read here, there are different ways to store different types of jewelry. Depending on the type of jewelry, bracelet, ring or necklace and which material has been used, pearls, diamonds or gemstones the storage can verify. Pearl jewelry for instance is supposedly best stored in a soft environment. Also, prevent it from getting scratched to keep the surface smooth.

However, in my case, I always wear all the pieces of jewelry I have.;-)

The meaning of jewelry

Florian - Wednesday, March 18 2009

personal_ringe-1There are some obvious reasons why to wear jewelry. They mostly look good, some people show them off on special occasions, or you got them as a gift from somebody. But, in my mind, the actual reason to buy and wear jewelry is, because it is a way to express yourself and underline your understanding of style and taste. Furthermore, a necklace or bracelet for instants can become a part of your own fashion when wearing them all the time.
A very good way to make your jewelry even more unique is the principal of the TeNo personal line. By putting your own symbol or letter on it can give it your very own personal touch. Availible in stainless steel with gold or ceramic inlays.
