TeNo - discover your desire

At least, that’s what this blog is saying. Men used only used to wear old rings or jewelry that was given to them. However, this is about to change. Today also for men diamond jewelry has become more and more attractive. And not only for weddings but also regular bracelets, chains, necklaces or even earrings.

However, the blog also states that there is a limited offer of men diamond jewelry in stores. I think, TeNo has a very big offer of this kind of jewelry like the ShiKou bracelet shown below, not only selling via internet but mainly in jewelry stores, with big men sections. ;-) But when it’s about jewelry, no matter if it’s for men or women, there are many different kinds of jewelry, with or without diamonds. However, the last sentence of the blog is very nice:

There is real proof showing that diamonds are no longer just a girl’s best friend. They have become man’s best friend also.

Usually I have to think about what to say when I take part in “10 on Tuesday“. But this time my choices were obvious:

Why I picked these towns? Because they all have TeNo stores. And Pforzheim, Germany is the hometown of TeNo. :-)

For a event, we produced a small TeNo promotion film, which shows in one minute a stylish overview about the hole diversity of our collectors jewelry. We can’t show you everything within this short time, but still I think we made it clear, that YuKoN is very versatile and that you can create many different styles with it. We want to make jewelry for everybody, everybody who loves life.

It finally happened,our new website is availible now. I won’t say much about it, only that you should check it out and tell us what you think about it. Not everything is perfect yet and some things are missing, but in general it’s finished and it’s obvious what we want: clear, shiny, forthright – let it flow. :-)

Thank goodness, nowadays everything is changeable on the internet and nothing has to stay the way it is. That is why we ask you to “test” our new website. Tell us what bothers you, what is missing, is there anything you would like to add to our website? No matter if positive or negative, we are open to any criticism and we will consider it. Just because we’ve already put a lot of effort into it doesn’t mean we think we’re done. But fortunatly we can change and rearange things anytime we want. In some ways, TeNo.com is like YuKoN for us, we know that nothing stays the way it is. And thats’s exactly the way we want to live TeNo.com.

For the concept, design and engineering responsible is GFE Media GmbH from Göppingen, the texts are written by Biggi, translation by the corrective and Laurie McDonald. Everything is powered by Joomla!. The hole website was created in virtual teamwork without any problems. Having said this a big Thank You to all who have worked on our new website.

2009 is the year of anniversaries – in september we celebrate the birthday of the brand TeNo which turned 10. And currently in march we can celebrate 5 years TeNo online. In 2004 we launched the website TeNo.de, which ist by now 5 years young. Back than it was developed with one aim, to reflect our clear and pure design.

True to the maxim: less is more. The focus was put on a searchengine optimized site and getting a look at our inventory management.

The website has served us well the last years and is also well represented on the searchengines, even though our site was a little bit neglected the last few years in terms of keeping it up to date.

But never the less it is time after all these years for something new. Times change and the possibilities of websites have developed and so did TeNo. Soon there will be a relaunch – and we are all looking forwards to that.

Soon we will relaunch the TeNo website. The rather simple and “straight forward” style will be changed into a more dynamic and elegant look. Non of the less we will stick to our basic principles and keep up the objectiveness. Wait and see …

It’s been a few days now since the Inhorgenta 2009, but somehow the euphoria about the exhibition is still there. This time there were quite a few new faces and of course celebrities at the TeNo booth. First of all we’d like to welcome Simone Elbe, who is new to the TeNo family. You can see her on the right, next to Yvette.

And also Lara has a new partner, Jordi Lozano Olive.

And what would the Inhorgenta be without the traditional “saturday-evening-TeNo-family-diner”. However, this time we choosed a restaurant outside of Munich, the “Forsthaus Woernbrunn”, instead of the restaurant of the hotel TeNo stayed in. (more …)

One day you make a sponsoring-deal with billard players and the next day they send you  pictures of them in swimming suits. ;-)

“Don’t get the wrong idea”, but for the next time, please wear a YuKoN steel collier. That will boost the look of your medals and is also waterproofed. ;-)

But it’s a cool thing that our sponsored TeNo sports have many-sidet talents and therefore are a perfect match to our collection. Emanuele is not only a successful billard player but has also won 2 times the second and once the third place in a swimming cup.

TeNo jewelry is also made for special days and of course for one of the most important days, the wedding day. Below you can see 3 very nice pictures of TeNo YuKoN and TeNo pearls “in action”. :-) They appeared in a german wedding magazine.

Today I want to present to you a  japanese website, that really shows how international TeNo is by now. Unfortunatly, we’re not “big in japan” yet, but we’re working on it. I can’t understand a word on this website, though I have the feeling that they really put some effort into it, showing all the TeNo blogs in all languages, including the english blog teno.com and two japanese sites. I think it’s always interesting to discover sites like that. In case you’re wondering why the linked furniture producer Huelsta, you can look it up here.

Also, it’s interesting to see that you can “understand” websites in completely different languages. For examples I can read “home” in japanese now. Because when I click on it, it directs me to the starting page, where they implemented the american TeNo commercial. If I keep up the practice, I’ll be able to draw the symbols for “ShiKou“. ;-)

probably mean “blog“. But it seems a little to long. Or maybe it means “news blog”.
