Surfing with TeNo

Sarah - Thursday, June 30 2011

Summer has just begun. Many people feel tempted to spend their free days at the beach. So it is time to mention one of the most popular summer sports: surfing. Surfing is connected to fun, to a relaxed lifestyle and to handsome men. Sun, water and the feeling of being free are only some aspects which make it so fascinating. On stylelist.com, you can see that this sport is used for films, advertising and as an inspiration for fashion. So why not using it for jewellery too?

TeNo is well-known for its flexible and robust material design and its classic but modern look. This makes TeNo jewellery a perfect partner for all kinds of sports.

Take for example our DyKoN bracelet. With its woven leather it seems casual and it will not only look good on tanned skin. ;-)

Our DyRoN sport is scratch-resistant and waterproof and thus wired for active and athletic men.

And for those who like colour, we have our TeNo 10 in blue which is waterproof up to 3 ATM.

Going to the fitness centre with TeNo

We have often said that TeNo jewellery is also made for sports and for being worn during leisure time activities. Due to a cable made of steel which we use for our bracelets and necklaces, our jewellery is flexible and robust. Because of the TeNo SafeLock system, it won’t be easy to lose a bracelet from TeNo. Dirk van der Klok could convince himself of this.

On the photo you see him wearing a watch with the TeNo design: the DyRoN Sport, and a DyKoN bracelet. Both are made for athletic men.

Dirk can der Klok is a personal trainer in Germany. We are glad that he goes for the TeNo design and we are keen to see if we will get more pictures of TeNo being used in sports.

Instructions to “look good”

Take one businesstimer DaTos from TeNo.

Add a discreet necklace made from India rubber with a simple pendant with three squares from TeNo basix. The pendant is made from satinised stainless steel with high quality inlays of black high-tech ceramic.

And complete the smart look with a stylish ShiKou bracelet with an unmistakeable appearance: elements from stainless steel finished with quality and black India rubber follow one another.

Now it’s striking 10: TeNo10 – the new timepiece for purists

Biggi - Thursday, September 23 2010

Watches TeNo10

As you might expect of a watch, the new TeNo10 shows every hour of the day and, naturally, doesn’t stop at 10. Yet the number 10 has a special meaning for the new watch collection from Pforzheim, Germany. Pure and simple, without any fuss, reduced to the essential – the TeNo10 reflects the minimalist design concept for which the TeNo brand is renowned.

10 Years of TeNo Design

For 10 years the TeNo designers have been consistently impressive with their flair for creating strong designs using very little. In the 2010 anniversary year, a watch collection has been created whose models follow this TeNo design philosophy. Made for people who want to know when the hour strikes. For people for whom a look at their watch is most importantly a look at the time. And that is exactly what all the watches in the TeNo10 collection have in common: clearly structured timepieces. Nothing more and nothing less. Yet still stylish and beautiful. The TeNo design language of the internationally award-winning TeNo design team follows the basic principles of the ”Bauhaus“ architectural style “less is more” The TeNo10 expresses this perfectly: pure design outlives any transient fashions.

Simple. Pure. Beautiful.

TeNo10 Watch
:.

TeNo10 would not be a TeNo watch if its restraint did not leave any room for individuality. That is why the new collection comes complete with 10 different versions and watch lovers are given a choice: a stylish watch face in a harmonious blend of the latest fashion colours? In orange, yellow or olive green? In berry colours, grey or off-white? Or maybe one of the Black & White versions?

.

10-10-10

Once you’ve decided – the new TeNo timepieces are right on time for the start of the winter season and are available at your TeNo jeweller from mid-October. Exactly to say from the 10th of October. 10 – 10 – 10 – a magic date. ;-)

Quality made in Germany

Despite the uncompromising simple design of the TeNo10, these timepieces are not lacking in high quality. In producing this new watch collection, TeNo combines modern technology with traditional craftsmanship and fashions its designs only from the highest quality materials. The three-part classically shaped watch case is made of solid stainless steel, with black coating if desired. Scratch-resistant sapphire glass and a Swiss precision quartz movement for precise functioning form the standard components of the TeNo10. TeNo10 is water-resistant to 3 ATM. The watch is fastened with a black, calf leather watch strap with matching coloured stitching. But the most important of all these features is that TeNo10 is a watch that will never go out of fashion – and definitely not in the next 10 years. A modern classic made in Germany.

Trend 2010: brown

Teresa - Friday, April 16 2010

In a magazine I read that the color brown is a trend in 2010. Trend in 2010? Hmm. Our TeNo designers have been a little bit ahead in time when they created many of our jewelry pieces. Those have been in our collection for a long time and not just since 2010, just because the color brown now is “in”. But we never had anything to do with short-lived trends anyway. Our jewelry in warm terrestrial-colors you could already wear before and you can wear it still in 2020 as well. Here are some examples:

YuKoN with rolls of beak.

Our watch for women CaRya (10 percent off during our anniversary year!) with mocha-colored dial and same coulored satin-strap. (more …)

What’s White, Black, and Red All Over?

Biggi - Thursday, February 4 2010

“From a personal standpoint, I’ll admit that much of my own time with this German made watch has been spent glancing down just to admire how its details combine for maximum visual impact.”

The whole article can be read here. We’re very happy about it. :-)

Why we all appreciate regular watches

Florian - Wednesday, June 17 2009

I don’t think this needs much of an explanation. Although I have to say that it looks really interesting. ;-)

Imagine you would have to do that all day long just to know what time it is. And then you don’t have any time left to do something else. ;-)
I don’t know about you but that’s a reason for me to wear regular watches. Besides, I don’t think that the Sweeper clock is very precise.

In contrary to that, a the TeNo watch with a much better precision. ;-)
