We added another advertisement from TeNo USA to our album on Facebook at our Site TeNo Design Germany called TeNo Advertising. This TeNo10 ad was published in Wall Street Journal last week.

As you might expect of a watch, the new TeNo10 shows every hour of the day and, naturally, doesn’t stop at 10. Yet the number 10 has a special meaning for the new watch collection from Pforzheim, Germany. Pure and simple, without any fuss, reduced to the essential – the TeNo10 reflects the minimalist design concept for which the TeNo brand is renowned.

10 Years of TeNo Design

For 10 years the TeNo designers have been consistently impressive with their flair for creating strong designs using very little. In the 2010 anniversary year, a watch collection has been created whose models follow this TeNo design philosophy. Made for people who want to know when the hour strikes. For people for whom a look at their watch is most importantly a look at the time. And that is exactly what all the watches in the TeNo10 collection have in common: clearly structured timepieces. Quality made in Germany

Despite the uncompromising simple design of the TeNo10, these timepieces are not lacking in high quality. In producing this new watch collection, TeNo combines modern technology with traditional craftsmanship and fashions its designs only from the highest quality materials. The three-part classically shaped watch case is made of solid stainless steel, with black coating if desired. Scratch-resistant sapphire glass and a Swiss precision quartz movement for precise functioning form the standard components of the TeNo10. TeNo10 is water-resistant to 3 ATM. The watch is fastened with a black, calf leather watch strap with matching coloured stitching. But the most important of all these features is that TeNo10 is a watch that will never go out of fashion – and definitely not in the next 10 years. A modern classic made in Germany.

CaRya is measuring the time in a square. The squarish case really is an eye-catcher. The wearer of the watch can underline her individual style with the choice of the strap: brown, champagne or white? Under the glass the clockhands are gliding over an area of typical TeNo squares, the hours are indicated with dots or with four roman digits in a modern design. We also call CaRya, our designer watch for women, our Time Square made in Germany. CaRya is a classic in our watch selection and TeNo fans get 10 percent off of it during our anniversary year.

Our “anniversary-CaRyas” have a dial with roman indexes – in white with mother-of-pearl – glass of sapphire and is waterproof until 3 ATM. The satin strap can be chosen in champagne, mocca or white.

For everyone who loves it more glamorous, we have our CaRya de luxx reduced as well. The white CaRya Lady has a bezel of 0,544 ct. TW/si, a dial with indexes, a white satin strap, glass of sapphire, 3 ATM.

The black CaRya de luxx has roman digits under an arched glass of sapphire and a bezel of 0,288 ct. TW/si and a black satin strap.

Since March 26 to April 2 BASELWORLD 2009 , the World Watch and Jewellery Show took place at Basel, Switzerland. The last few years TeNo used to have its own stand at this exhibition, however this year we passed. In an indirect way we were still there though, since Juergen was visiting the exhibition. That was a hole new experience for him and we are all very exited what impression and ispiration he got. And if you take a look at these watches, you can tell that there are some odd and wiered designs. There is a reason why the author keeps talking about fantasy.

Watches are becomming more and more recognized as an accessory or jewelry rather than just being something which is necessary to tell what time it is. There are now many different styles of watches, as for women and men.  These days everbody can find a watch of his taste and  utility.

TeNo didn’t miss out on this change and created several high quality fashion watches for both, men and women. Just in trend. :-)

For some, time is a scourge, that’s why they don’t like watches and especially no alarm clocks. For others, they are a collector pieces. For me, watches are more than just time measuring tools, but also jewelry, and therefor most fitting to be a christmas gift. My blog entry from before reminded me that Christmas is not that far away anymore. ;)

Every time, when Jürgens birthday is over, Christmastime gets undeniable closer and with it the ever evolving question: “Which presents could I buy?”

So what would be more obvious, than to hint in a blog of a watches an jewelry producer, that jewelry and watches are a perfect present. ;-)

And that is why we will present to you in the next upcomming weeks befor Christmas selected jewelry, watches and accessoires and will inform about few interesting details.
